I’d give them 5 stars but the towels were kinda rough not soft at all like they have been used WAY to many times and the hot tub was a bit too hot for my taste and they could have pumped in some tranquil music and offered some aroma therapy to make the experience a little more pleasant.

I did enjoy sitting inside the hot tub for a while when I was having a bad day, there is also a showering area, as well as a bench where one could sit or lay. Price was reasonable. $20 an hour for one person, $40 an hour for 2 people (couple)

Love the service, and the rooms are great to relax alone or with friends… The fresh water hot tubs are great as you don’t get the chemicals on you or the smells that for me can be annoying, they have Tanning and though I haven’t used yet, looking forward to it soon! Overall I give them 10 stars, they’re great

pros: a short drive from the city off the 280. clean facilities. friendly staff. cons:hot tub jets in room 5 weren’t very strong. flimsy chain lock on door. rubber mat on floor hurt my feet (wear your chanclas) towels were rough like a scouring pad.

Cons: Room reeked of cigarette smoke. Towels have seen better days. Room #10 is dilapidated. Pro: Customer service was okay. Water was hot.

Well I have been here a few times and each experience is different. For the most part the rooms are dated and musky. The tanning beds are scary and I wonder about the sanitation levels expected in the rooms. The saving grace is that they are open pretty late, which makes it nice to go unwind. They also boast a very large parking lot and can be booked at a moments notice. Beverages are available and you can stream music from your phone into the speakers provided with each room.
