Honesty only giving a 1 star because I have to. I just paid $80 for absolutely the worst experience and worst manicure / pedicure of my life. My hands still look just as bad as they did before I came in. No shaping them, I still have dead cuticles. My nails are chipped. The pedicure was half a**d. There are so many better places in Myrtle Beach who charge way less and actually talk to you, give a good experience and do an incredible job. These ladies and one man seemed less interested in their job and not talking to people. I honestly feel like I was robbed $80 just now. My 4 year old niece could do a better job for free. If I could return it I would. Please take it from me and never go to this place. Unprofessional. Unorganized, literally wrote our appointment down for the wrong week. Untalented. All around a horrible business who just wants your money.

I’m not the type of person to complain and leave a review but I left so unsatisfied that I couldn’t help to leave a review. I don’t want people to have the experience I did. The first time I went a man did a gel mani which was 30$. he didn’t clean up my nails, left paint all on my fingers and there was streaks on my nails. I called and told them how I felt, they told me to come back the next day. I went in the next day and explained to them how I just wanted the polish off and a refund. The girl’s name Alexis was trying to tell me what I want. My friend got a full set, gel and designs for 40$. And i asked why was her only 10$ more and she was telling me she charged her 45$ when she didn’t. So she was lying to my face. I told her 3 times I just wanted regular polish and 15$ back. The 15$ extra was for the gel. They said that they don’t do refunds, which there is no sign that says that. I said fine then just do whatever to my nails so I can leave. They put gel on my nails and knowing I still left mad. Alexis didn’t try to make the situation any better. I will never, ever go back there again. And I will make sure to tell all my friends that lives in the dunes how my experience went.

Way over priced for what you get. The deluxe pedicure was nothing more than a regular pedicure at other salons. And it was sub-par at that. The polish job was ok the design on my big toe was nothing more than a 3rd rate flower. Won’t be going back .

I am only leaving 1 star because it won’t let me leave zero. I went here with my daughter and best friend for mani pedis. The lady leaves me with my feet in the water (no towel to dry them off or anything) for about 30 minutes. Does my friend’s and daughter’s nails, I’m still sitting here. Doesn’t say a word to me, then proceeds to take other people that came in after me in front of me for pedis. She didn’t ask me if it was okay or anything. Other people are coming in the door and they don’t even bother to speak to them either. Horrible service is an understatement. The really bad part about this is that we live here and would have been coming in every 2 weeks for both services. Not a great way to gain loyal guests.
