I gave a four star only because when I came the first time, my nails were not that clean. What I mean by that is the dip polish was not buffed properly and my nails were not filed carefully and there was a crack I noticed after all was done (see glittery photo, square nails). The second time I came back I got Josh and he was fantastic! Took his time and made sure my nails looked beautiful. He buffed and filed my nails carefully and made sure they looked amazing (see picture with hearts). I think I’ll just go to him each time.

I was Trophy Nail Salon’s first customer and was super excited when they opened as it was very convenient for me. The first couple of times I went it was fine, nothing special but clean and friendly staff. Later I went in to get acrylic tips and dip powder manicure. The nails starting lifting in the back 3 days after I got them done. These usually last me 4-6 weeks when I get them done other places. I went back a week after I got them done to see if they could fix them. They said I would have to pay for removal and a whole new set. I said I didn’t want to do that so just take them off. The lady ripped the acrylics off and left my nails peeling with no oil or buffing. I showed the manager and she had the tech barely buff them. They then made me pay $15 just for that with ruined nails and a wasted manicure. Horrible customer service, have never gone back. Entrada Nail Bar is much better and where I go now

First things first, the place is really pretty and most of the staff is really sweet! which is the reason for my 3 stars. but… my nail technician – Amy, was very aggressive from the start by hitting my shoulder and scaring me when she arrived. I brushed it off and thought she was sweet during the manicure part of the session. THEN the neck massage… she was VERY aggressive and I felt like I was being beat up. She didn’t use any lotion or oils when touching my skin with her hands. She even left a mark that resembles a carpet rash. When brought to her attention she denied it and said it was supposed to be like that, yet i’ve never had a stinging mark left on my neck before. My friend getting her nails done next to me- the lady was very gentle with her and used oils on her neck. The manager was very sweet about the situation and gave me a discount. also, enjoyed the complimentary drink!

I’ve been coming here since they first opened their doors. Since it’s so new, it is bright and appears clean. The problem however, is the rate of employee turnover. Each time I set up an appointment, the tech I request is gone. The last 2 visits left me disgusted. The pedicure I requested which usually lasts 1 hour was much shorter. I was in and out in 35 minutes. I think I was interrupting someone’s lunch! The polish on my nails starting chipping off in 3 days. Normally this never happens with a pedicure. I’m done going here. I was hopeful for TC and wanted to support a local business but time to move on.

Love my pretty nails, Thank you Ms.Jiliana as always great conversation about everything! These ladies kept me laughing and totally relaxed. Ms.Jiliana does a great job, very neat work! Detailed oriented, she noticed a smugde on one of my nails. She said okay, I’ll fix. I thought no one would notice. She said “I notice”, and fixed it. I will be making this my nail place…. Thank you Jilliana for a great experience! I love my nails….. Love my nail lady and I will go where she goes! Her work is impeccable, she always does my nails neat, clean and professional. I wanted to try a different place and I took the time to call this one and the guy on the phone said yes he has someone that could work with my natural nails and told me to go in. I drove there immediately and as I got in there was a black female in front of me on her phone and the front desk person was waiting on her to hang up the phone. That front desk person directed her eyes at me and I thought she was asking me what I needed and I said I have an appointment. She asked what my name was and I thought she was going to take care of the other person in front of me and get back to me. She just sent me to pick a color. The front desk has a serious and unfriendly attitude. No please or thanks or a smile.
