I called to make my appointment over a week in advance and said I wanted balayage, root touch up and hair cut. When my appointment day came around they called and asked if I can come in at 4:30 instead of 5:00 I said sure. My husband ended his work day early so I could get my hair done when I arrived the stylist asked what I wanted I pulled up pictures and showed her and her response was “ I don’t have time for that” first it was she didn’t have time then it rolled around to she doesn’t do that. She said she didn’t have to do my hair she seemed incredibly bothered but I’m 9 months pregnant and so I decided to do just hair cut and an all over color because who knows when I will get a chance to get my hair done again, which by the way has only been a week and has already faded. She cut my hair way to short as well. I won’t be coming again even though the salon is in a very convenient place for me it was incredibly inconvenient to make an appointment for something and be told they “ don’t have time for that”

Critical: ProfessionalismReceived a cut & color from “master stylist” and color turned out two entire shades darker than the color chart (almost black instead of light brown). The ends are completely uneven as she used thinning shears on all my ends. I now need to pay for service at another salon to have the cut corrected. I attempted numerous times to work with the salon owner for a full refund as the service i received was not what we had agreed upon during the consult or day of appt. i paid $225 with tip but only received a partial refund because the salon owner felt the stylist deserved to be paid (for ruining my hair). I left with wet hair so did not realize the effects until later that day. I was so happy when I called to ask if there were any availabilities today at 3:52 p.m. and the answer was YES, see you in 10 minutes!!! My stylist was Rachel. She colored my hair effortlessly and especially professionally. She was super sweet and made me feel very comfortable. All the staff seemed very friendly. I can’t wait to go back, but with an appointment this time. Oh, how could I forget to mention, the value was sensational! I didn’t break the bank as I did in Texas. I did a balayage here, the inside of my hair (hair that touches my back) is very blonde as that was done first and left in the bleach the longest while she was working on the rest of the hair (about 1 1/2-2 hours). The outer layer of the hair changed only <1% in color, it pretty much the same as it was before. This is the hair that was done last, and stayed in the bleach/heat for only about 20-30 minutes.
