Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI can’t say enough great things about this business. I have only gone here a few times, but every single time I have been treated with nothing but complete kindness, generosity and warmth. It’s a cute little salon with an adorable boutique. Very cool, with a nice urban New York vibe. The owners are lovely and sweet. The receptionist is upbeat and friendly. The lovely soul, Brooke who did my hair was kind and sweet. She fixed my hair for me twice, the first time from a bad dye job at another salon. Then more recently a second time, fixed my hair adding in more bold pops of colors. As I wanted something with a major 90’s vibe. I’m old school like that. Ha! But I have been to other places where they have given me bad advice or taken advantage of me. Not this place. You can tell that they genuinely care about your hair here and also the quality of the services you receive. If you aren’t happy, they fix it for you. And they aren’t mean or rude about it. I sometimes leave, wanting to cry because I, honestly have never been treated with such kindness at a hair salon before. I am grateful for the lovely people here. You can tell that they all work together and have a great camaraderie. I will 100% recommend this salon. Thank you to everyone at Tromblay. I can’t say enough great things about this business. I have only gone here a few times, but every single time I have been treated with nothing but complete kindness, generosity and warmth.
