Love this office!! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Dr. Trokhan is absolutely wonderful. Yes, there is sometimes a wait, but she is definitely worth the wait. Highly recommend his practice!

The doctors are great, but getting to them is a miserable experience. The staff is curt and dismissive. I got to my appointment on time and wasn’t told the doctor was running late. 25 minutes later, I inquired how much longer. The surly woman at the desk told me there was still a patient before me to be seen and if i left that I would be charged for the visit because I had checked in. I told her that I needed to get back to work and was informed this is the policy. There were no less than 5 office workers standing in the room behind the desk, all of whom could have called to inform patients the doctor was running behind. As soon as they saw I was asking for help, they scattered like roaches. I never saw the doctor, never got a call from the office manager and now am stuck. I was there because i need a prescription refill. I didnt see the doctor and now have no medication. I lost all that time, was late for work and never got seen. I see this complaint is a recurring the.

I have had an amazing experience with Dr. Trokhan and Dr. Reid over the past few months. I have been dealing with alopecia areata and I have seen significant improvement in hair regrowth with their consistent treatment. Furthermore, the treatment consists of multiple (painful) injections and I have never met such a compassionate team who takes the time to make sure you are comfortable and pain free during the process.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Reid for acne and laser hair removal since she started practicing at Trokhan Dermatology and its been a wonderful experience every time. She takes her time while addressing every single issue and always goes into detail about all different treatment options. I’ve always struggled with cystic acne since teenage years. I’ve seen other Dermatologist in the past but none amount to Dr. Reid. Dr. Reid explained the root of my problem and what products I need to use for my skin type which is oily. With her help my acne is at the best it’s been. She is very well versed in her area and I would recommend her to anyone who would listen. As far as the office goes the staff is wonderful. The front desk greeted me upon entering the door. The medical assistant Arlene brought me right into the room and relayed all my issues to the doctor and they addressed. I’ve also seen Dr. Trokhan when Dr. Reid was on maternity leave and she was awesome as well she helped me with post par tum breakage on the front of my scalp. She explained in detail how this type of thing happens often and recommendations to correct it. I love this practice its clean and renovated beautifully. You can see any doctor here. I went to Trokhan Dermatology because I had some questionable spots on my skin. The front desk was very welcoming! I didn’t even sit down before getting called into a room! I saw Dr. Reid and I was treated quickly and efficiently, and all my questions were answered clearly and thoroughly. I felt very confident with the doctor’s knowledge and was pleased with how quickly she treated my spots. I also have seen Dr. Trokhan for a recurring rash on my arms and after numerous dermatologist visits with no answers, she knew what it was right away and prescribed me a cream to finally clear it up. All my worries about my skin went away after I started seeing Dr. Reid and Dr. Trokhan! I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

The front office lacks experience. Their knowledge on patient care is feeble , and have a non friendly approach to issues. The doctors in the group are good, but unfortunately you have to bear & be humiliated by the ignorance of the front office to get to them.
