Got rid of customers waiting area to squeeze in a few more stations. What is a barber shop without a waiting area? Making it inconvenient to get a haircut even with an appointment let alone a walk-in. We were regulars and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I called ahead if they had any openings, they told me they are recieving walk ins. I arrived to be turned away saying they only recieve appointments and close at 6:00pm. I calmly told the Barber in the first chair on the right I called and he replied that his Boss is the one who answered the phone call and told me again they close at 6:00pm. Mind you the open sign is on and on the website it says they close at 7 p.m. I understand it’s the end of the day and Friday night but better communication would have been appreciated.

Went once and I hated it! I had an appointment scheduled with a barber there named Nahum. I showed up on time and told him I had an appointment with him, he completely ignored me and took someone else. I’m sure he gives good haircuts (garbage) but if you can’t keep up with your appointments or even have the courtesy to tell them then why make appointments? If you go make sure to not get Nahum! He sucks!

Cool place but my son got the worst haircut by Diego if that is even his real name. He asked what I wanted. I said, all scissors he didn’t tell me that he didn’t know how to cut with scissors. I can use the clippers at home for free. His excuse was that it was a barbershop not a salon. Then he still charged me $20 cuz he used scissors, lol… and he doesn’t take card even though they have a sign that says Visa so on…. worst experience!!!!

I don’t recommend this place sorely because they do not value good customer service as far as being treated fairly across the board. Today I was patiently waiting my turn to get my hair cut then two more gentleman come in then when the third fella came in and that’s when that dude got served before the other two gentlemen including myself and that’s when it was obvious to me that this had to be my conclusion so sadly from my experience. Thanks trend setters. I hope the owner of this shop recognizes that such behavior can affect a business in a not so favorable way. My suggestion is go SQUARE AWAY YOUR SELFISH LAZY EMPLOYEES OR FIRE THEM. ANYONE IS REPLACEABLE.
