I can’t say enough good things about Jay Arovas and his TriTouch Therapies. I have a complicated medical history that weakened my core muscles and right side. I had just about given up finding someone in San Diego that could at least help me maintain my remaining muscle strength, let alone advise me about building it. I emailed Jay (and many others) describing my problems and asking if he thought he could help me. To my surprise, he emailed back with “let’s give it a try!” So we did. With a lot of thought, hard work, and good advice on his part, and hard work and persistence on my part, I can now walk medium distances both pain-free and cane-free! Please don’t misunderstand, I’m not “cured,” but Jay has helped me to understand my body much better, and to use and build upon my strengths. He is a very thoughtful problem-solving therapist; he understands when I really need to work on something and when I need just to relax and get a comforting massage. I highly recommend Jay Arovas and his TriTouch therapies.
