I like the salon, and the owner (I think) seems to work hard and try to keep everyone happy. I did have to wait 30 minutes passed my appointment time. Gel mani/pedi (with dip soaked off) took 2 hours. The gentleman did get the gel on my cuticles unfortunately so I expect them to peel early. The drill tip he used didnt come out of a cleaning solution so I’m unsure if it was sanitized between uses. Was close to $100.

Trish used a new eyebrow technique on my daughter who was born with a genetic disorder resulting in no eyebrows in addition to other complications. As always, Trish puts her best into everything and the results are amazing. Amazing work Trish!!! Laney is so happy ❤️

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went to Trish’s salon to get my nails done for graduation and while the nails were very pretty, it wasn’t a great experience. I really hate acrylic nails because they feel like they’re suffocating my natural nails, but I ended up with them because I scheduled an appointment for a gel full set thinking it would be gelly tips. I used to get acrylics a lot and these were the thickest set I’ve ever had. They were done very sloppily and you can see that they’re not even and aren’t flush with my cuticle at all. I wanted my nails to be a solid pink color with the nail art on top, but my tech gave me a pink french tip instead. He didn’t wipe off the tacky layer from the gel before sending me to the nail art station so by the time Trish was putting a topcoat over my nails, there were little hairs trapped on the surface of my nails.They also really REALLY want you to pay with venmo and asked me several times if I could pay that way. I came in as a walk in for the first time and I was seen right away. I’ve always been nervous of nail salons because of bad experiences in the past but a client of mine recommended this place. In my search for changing nail salons I came across this salon with decent ratings and close to home. First the wonderful woman who did my pedicure was absolutely fantastic. The reason for the 4 stars is the gentleman that did my fingernails. First, he was less than impressed that I was sitting there (maybe it’s just his normal) the nail length, shape and thickness was on point however, the gel polish is just absolutely atrocious. While my nails were under the light he got up, removed his apron and left. There was another gentleman there however who informed me that I was all set to go. This is totally my fault but I didn’t at all realize that my nails were not fully cured before I left so the action of reaching in my bag for my wallet to pay absolutely messed them up. They are so lumpy and just not right. Overall their facility is super well kept and clean from what I could see and I will go here again I’ll just pay attention more before I leave to assure my nails are completely cured.

Came here to get my eyebrows waxed today. The salon appeared adequately clean and the interior was expected for the location. The technician was on the phone with a disgruntled client the entire time she did my brows and barely addressed me. When she finished my brows she informed me that they were uneven. Her manner was very unprofessional and the service was lacking. When I went to pay, they asked me to use Venmo. I declined as I wanted to use a card. It was a very strange experience overall. Won’t be back.

Gel peeled off my toe nails before the next morning..the french tips were horribly uneven. Pedicure was hurried, they didn’t make any efforts to address areas of rough skin on my feet. Some covering half of the nail. They didn’t prepare my nails, cuticles weren’t even pushed back or trimmed. Not friendly, and barely polite. Dip manicure was to thick. And nail shape was uneven and sloppy. Was so very disappointed. Especially because they knew this was for my daughter’s wedding. Total waste of time and money.
