After hearing wonderful things from two different people who saw Mark for their back injuries, I made an appointment to address an injury I had 16 years ago. I was not in daily pain, but I had a restricted range of motion and some bilateral imbalances that resulted from the way the injury healed. I have been very pleased with the work Mark has done in the past few months, as I gain access to more mobility and ease of movement!

I’ve been having hip discomfort for awhile and I started seeing Mark Naylor a while back this year and within the first couple visit my hip started to feel better! He takes the time to listen to your needs and to address other issues you may be having with your body. I couldn’t get any of the stretches to target my pain and Mark pin points it every time. Also I wasn’t able to stretch at all before meeting Mark and Since seeing him my hip is soooooooooo much better and I am more flexible! Thank you so much Mark!!

Mark helped to alleviate severe hip/sciatic pain that I had on and off for years. He is very knowledgeable about the body and was able to pinpoint the cause of my pain that was missed by other therapists. I highly recommend Mark!

If I could give Mark 6 stars I would since he has significantly helped with my soreness / tightness from being very active and working out 6 days a week. My overall posture has improved and my range of motion has increased significantly. I actually was not familiar with myofascial release and was not sure that I would see any results from this type of therapy. All I can say is after two sessions I found myself very impressed with the results and I felt 120 percent better in my sore / tight areas. I actually found more benefits from this type of therapy versus a regular massage, which was very surprising and unexpected. The great thing about Mark is that he is very knowledgeable in human anatomy and often finds areas that are tight that I could not even feel myself. I used to grind my teeth at night and since doing some work on my jaw I have completely stopped. This is mind blowing to me and absolutely amazing. I am glad I gave this a shot and would highly recommend Mark to anyone who is dealing with any pain / soreness or trouble areas. BTW…. I try to get in once a week. That’s how beneficial this treatment has been for an active guy like myself.

Mark is a very skilled practitioner! Not only is he very knowledgeable, he is very intuitive. I always trust his work. I have seen him for a variety of different ailments ranging from shoulder pain (that he fixed in one treatment!), to mobility issues, and elbow pain. His myofascial work is amazing! He also incorporates breathwork that helps me to let go and his massage is icing on the cake. I always leave feeling lighter both physically and spiritually. As an Acupuncturist it is really important to take care of myself. He is in my self healing repertoire. Schedule ahead bc he books up!!!!!
