I have been going to this salon for about two years. While I don’t get my hair cut often (once or twice a year because it’s long, and I am a student) Diane always remembers who I am and what we talked about last visit. She not only shampoos, she gives a scalp and neck massage and she is the only person that can cut my hair just right without any hassle. I could come to her from the first visit and just say ‘make it do something’ and after a few question on my preferences the cut was great! She is friendly, great conversationalist and of course a talented stylist.
