Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueIf I could rate this place as 0, I would!! The customer service is horrible. I purchased the Groupon for the haircut, shampoo, blow dry and highlights. Tatyana told me highlights would cost additional money depending on the thickness of the hair. When I asked her to cut my hair a little shorter before she did the blow dry, she said that is another haircut. The hair dryer was so hot and she put so close to my scalp and my scalp got hurt badly. When I told her this, not even an apology! I had to leave to go to another hair Solon to get the haircut I would like. I noticed the number on Groupon was a different one so I tried to call it. The woman who answered was rude and told me to call the other number before hanging up on me. I’ve never been to this salon before, and now I never will. I’m sure I’m not the only potential customer that they’ve turned away. They shouldn’t allow you to buy a voucher for their salon if they don’t want customers.
