Went here once, loved it! Have since been trying to go back, but good luck getting an appointment! They never answer phone calls/messages. I’ve tried for months. Are they just that booked up? Resorting to a one star review in hopes of hearing SOMETHING back for once. Have since been going to businesses that answer their phones.

I am very picky about who I trust to do my hair and am new to the area. After doing some research, and reading many 5 star reviews (no reviews were less than 5 stars), I thought I would give Trio Hair Salon a try. I was VERY impressed! Kaylee went above and beyond what I asked her to do to my hair. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly. She took the extra time to make sure my hair was exactly how I wanted it and gave me so many great tips! When I asked about hair care products I wasn’t pushed to buy them. I was even given samples to try before purchasing the product to make sure it worked for my hair. I have NEVER had a hair salon do that for me. I absolutely love my hair and will be going back. If you are looking for a hair salon that will take care of you and have you walking out looking fantastic, I would HIGHLY suggest going here.

Critical: Quality, ValueMy experience here was by far the worst experience I’ve had in a hair salon. I came in wanting a color and cut, I asked for baby lights that would give me the blonde natural look I was going for. It took her 5 hours to do my hair (which is fairly normal) however, once my hair was washed and blow dried, I noticed so many brown spots throughout my hair where she had put some sort of chemical on that stripped the color, thus had to be there for an additional 2 hours to try to fix it. At that point I couldn’t even sit anymore and left with disappointment, and on top of that, my hair cut was done so poorly, I have uneven hair all throughout. I paid 207 dollars to have my hair look like poo. My mom can do hair better than this. There are not enough positive things I can say about this salon. I was referred to this salon after having my hair wrecked–I had gone to an extremely overpriced and rude cosmetologist who turned my hair into a bleached and frizzy disaster.

Aiza is the best hairstylist.She does a fantastic men’s cut. Out of laziness I have been going to great clips. I had Aiza cut my hair recently and realized what a mistake I had been making going to great clips. My hair looks so much better and has stayed that way longer. She can fit you in quick and the price is great!
