I went to this salon for years consistently and had my hair cut by one of the owners, Valerie. One day I got stuck at work and had to cancel. I was told that I’d have to pay the full amount. I was shocked and upset. I asked to speak with Valerie but the woman on the phone said that she just spoke to her and that is what she said. I think that a longtime customer should get a one time warning for missing an appt for reasons out of their control. Instead they lost a customer for good. It’s not good business. Will NEVER go there again or recommend them to anyone.

NEVER go here!!!! They canceled my appointment and I was forced to reschedule for a week later. They have an unfair cancelation policy- they can cancel on you, and force you to reschedule… if you don’t show up they make you pay in FULL for whatever you scheduled for. Hairstyling

I’ve been going to Carrie for years! She gave my daughter her first hair cut. She was wonderful with her and put us both at ease. She’s also cut my niece and nephews hair and has given so many of my friends kids their first haircuts too. My tween wanted a dramatic edgier cut for back to school Carrie gave her a great cut and showed her how to easily style it. She never disappoints and I’ll always recommend her.

Highly recommend this salon! The staff is always friendly and welcoming when I arrive and I will continue going here for a long time. Carrie Davis has been doing my hair for years and I plan to go to her for many more years! Their products are great, too, and so is the Jane Iredale makeup line. You won’t be disappointed going to this quaint, pleasant place!

Trinity Salon is by far the most welcoming, professional salon I have experienced in the 26 years I’ve lived in Frederick County. I chose to follow my “super stylist”, Carrie Davis, as she’s made career choices over this same time period. While change can at times cause hesitation, I can say with 100% certainty that she has found a salon home focused on treating customers with care and respect. They support their stylists through continuing education which means I’m getting the best and most current services available in the industry. Whether you’re new to the area or looking for a stylist change, I highly recommend Trinity Salon & Spa and my girl, Carrie!

I went here for my trial. I got the lady that they always recommend for bridal hair, she owns the place. I showed her a picture. One, the lady looked at for a few seconds and then attempted to do. I payed for it and left. After I did I really just felt unhappy with how it turned out, it’s just not what I wanted and did not look like the picture I showed her. I had to go to work so I called back the next day. What I got in response to my complaint is what made me really unhappy. I told her that it was nothing against what she did; I just wasn’t happy it the more I looked at it. And my wedding hair is a big deal so I really would like it to be done the way I like. She didn’t take that well at all and got snappy with me, and kept telling me the same thing over and over again. “You said it was pretty. You payed for it and left” Like that was the only thing that mattered. She told me it was a waste of time to have another trial and that I would have to pay for it anyways. She just wanted me to wait until my wedding day to actually find out it I liked it or not. I told her I didn’t want them to my hair anymore and she snapped at me raising her voice to the point I had to move my phone further from my ear. She only repeated the same thing over and over again.”you liked it and payed for it” I told her goodbye and she snarkily added ,”good luck, I hope you find someone who makes you happy in life”. My problem with this place is clear. She did not care how I felt and she was very unwilling and unable to fix it. Her customer service was horrific. Don’t go here.

I had a nasty treadmill fall that left me with a very black eye, bruised face and neck, also a big lump above my eyebrow and a cut below. Four days later, I was having a high school reunion and wanted to look “hot”, not like early Halloween. So, I needed help fast. On the reunion day, one miracle worker gave me a fantastic hairdo (I couldn’t raise my sprained shoulder to do my own) and the other miracle worker made me look like I had never suffered a fall. It’s a very lovely, full service salon with lots of products for hair and skin and great inexpensive jewelry, purses and scarves. The staff is so friendly and helpful.

I’m in college rn and I’m making sure to visit this salon when I come back home. That should say a lot about the quality of this salon. I get my nails done, eyebrows waxed, and hair cut + styled here. I’ve never been dissapointed with their work. Before a school dance, I’d get taken here to have my hair styled and my face done all up. The other customers were always so nice too. I’d get so many compliments. I loved it!

Sarah is fabulous and deserves 5 stars!! After the massage you get a complementary hair style. I went ahead and scheduled a hair cut as well. After my cut I got a Dutch braid. Apparently a braid is considered an “up-do” and I got charged an extra $20 bucks. I feel like I was ripped off!! I am one unhappy client.
