I am a well rounded massage therapist that absolutely loves what I do. I am an intuitive empath and that gives me an advantage over other therapists. I am able to feel, find problems you may not even be aware of or tell me about, not just with your muscles but on an energetic level. This includes my passion of helping those who may be suffering from various forms of trauma, and emotional baggage. I use many different modalities, including forms of TCM, Working with energy, and chakras. As a therapist I have managed a spa and worked in the chiropractic field where I gained much knowledge and use that in my own practice. Every massage is tailored to what your body needs that visit. I will always tr you with respect, kindness, and compassion

Trauma clearing therapy
Trapped emotions Very detailed work that takes more than one appointment. I work to unwind traumas that are stuck in the myofascial field that cause physical, emotional discomfort. This can go as far back as invitro. I work with w/all ages. My focus is with abuse & chronic pain. call or text for ?’s		From $150.00
Assisted stretching
With a Therapeutic, deep tissue or sports massage. One on one before the massage, I assist you w/ stretch movements that target the muscle and connective tissue surrounding the joints. This increases range of motion, flexibility, and enables the tension to release more at a faster rate.
Energy work
I am a light worker and quite in tune and use whatever technique I feel your body needs at the time of service. Somebody may ask for Reiki, but their energy may need Polarity. If you need energy work, it is best to leave it up to your body to decide on the day of the appointment. Call me for ?’s
Craniosacral
s a gentle, hands-on approach that releases tensions deep in the body to relieve pain and dysfunction and improve whole-body health and performance. Using light touch practitioners release restrictions in the soft tissues that surround the central nervous system. I incorporate this in my massages.

Shiatsu Massage
90min: The most widely known form of acupressure uses rhythmic pressure from 3 to 10 seconds on specific points along the body’s meridians by using the fingers, hands, elbows, knees, and feet to unblock and stimulate the flow of energy. includes some stretching, for pain, illness, maintenance.		$125.00
Sports Massage
60 min: Focuses on the needs of the athlete. Releases muscle tension and restores balance. Typically used before, during, and after athletic events to prepare for peak performance, to drain away fatigue, to relieve swelling, to reduce muscle tension, to promote flexibility & prevent injury.		$80.00
Parasympathetic Reset
relax your body mind & spirit into a total state of delta wave serenity while I assist you into medically researched and approved breathing techniques with long continuous connected strides of light to medium pressure to reset your nervous system back into the parasympathetic state. 2 hrs		$150.00
Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation
This is a popular modality used during massage used to help increase range of motion, produce deeper stretches’ increase the length of the muscle. The therapist creates resistance against a group of target muscles while the client pushes back for a few seconds. Thus making the muscles more relaxed.
Myofascial release
incorporated in deep tissue/therapeutic/sports massage on targeted areas. Gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to break up adhesions in the myofascial field to eliminate pain and restore motion. Good after surgeries, and injuries.
Deep Tissue
60 min: Focus on specific areas w/ firm to deep pressure around, & under the muscles, & other soft tissues with manipulation to loosen tight areas bringing better range of motion, stability and strength. This is not just a lot of firm pressure. Other modalities may be incorporated to get results.		$80.00
Table Thai
90 Min: An interactive Manipulation of the body using passive stretching and gentle pressure along energy lines. Dates back to the time of Buddha where pressure is applied along meridian lines with thumbs, hands, and feet to stimulate the movement of energy in the body. clothed/unclothed & draped		$125.00
Polarity Therapy
2 hrs: Developed by a chiropractor and osteopath, is a holistic method of treatment. By placing hands on various parts of the body, the practitioner connects the positive & negative poles to improve the flow of energy through the body & assist healing and relaxation. used to balance your energy.		$140.00
Hot Stone Massage
60 min: Developed in the Midwest for use in health spas, this technique uses stones that have been heated. These stones are positioned on the body and some are gently moved about with light pressure being exerted on the warm stones. 2 Hot towels		$80.00
Swedish Massage
60 min:Now known as “traditional” massage, which includes long gliding strokes, kneading, friction, tapping, and shaking motions. It is effective for most ailments, because massaging the skin, the body’s largest organ, sets up a chain reaction that produces a positive effect on all layers and system		$80.00
Therapeutic Massage
60 min: Manipulation of the body’s soft tissue to stimulate circulation and promote relaxation. This can include a mixture of relaxation and focus on specific areas with some deep tissue massage and stretching. 2 hot towels

90 min:A form of acupressure performed on the hands and feet & is based on the ancient Oriental theory that meridian lines carry energy through the body. I work your hands & feet while using high grade products to soften your skin. 4 hot towels.		$125.00
Color Therapy
I work with the chakras & other energy fields around the body to find trapped emotions/traumas that may be inhibiting your ability to be in a relaxed state of well being physically and emotionally. I use cognitive and physical therapies during massage. Neck heat pad, 5 hot towels, 4 essential oils		$150.00
Energy work w/2 practitioners CALL TO BOOK
2hrs: A therapist at your head another at your feet. One works with the present & future the other works with the past. We balance your energies. Not just a massage therapist but a healer. Elizabeth will help you release trauma and energy you didn’t know you needed released. We worked for an hour together and I wish it would have been at least two! She not only helped me feel more aligned and centered but allowed me to cry out the energy I needed to leave my body. If you’re wanting someone to not only help your bodies well being but full mind, body, and soul, she is the one to go to. Her techniques are amazing and her energy is strong, loving, and safe.
