Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI had to cancel my appointment with Jessi on Thursday. She graciously said she would open on Friday at 8am just for me. I overslept! I called at 8:06 and apologize profusely. She said she would stay late and told me to come at 6:30. I arrived early. Jessi was happy, friendly and professional. She had been working since 8 when I didn’t show up and was upbeat and a pleasure. She is a fabulous hair stylist and runs a lovely spa. I had to cancel my appointment with Jessi on Thursday. She graciously said she would open on Friday at 8am just for me. I overslept! I called at 8:06 and apologize profusely. She said she would stay late and told me to come at 6:30. I arrived early. Jessi was happy, friendly and professional. Just left Trinity Day Spa feeling fabulous and fresh after a cut and color by Jaymati Weaver. I Highly recommend to anyone who needs stylist , nails, or Spa treatment. Very relaxing atmosphere.

Seriously one of the best stylists in town. I usually hate having my curly hair cut, but Trinity handled my curly locks without a problem. I felt like a million bucks afterwards, and didn’t have that regret like I usually do. My stylist was not only professional, but was also kind. Before my appointment, I watched as she styled the hair of an older woman (in her 80s), and they had a blast together.

A company policy change will not allow customers to tip with a credit card. I was literally stopped from tipping for my services (and my daughter) because I need to tip with “cash or write a check.” You can’t make this up. Today I was told by the owner that the employees did not want to provide additional services because I did not tip. I TRIED to tip. But I was told I could not tip with a cc. Sorry but I don’t carry a checkbook. I haven’t in 20 years. So the spa employees lost $25 in tips because the owner doesn’t want to incur approximately 50 cents in cc fees. The company lost an entire family as a long-term customer. Sad.

The lighting inside the small spa for trying on foundation shades is not natural and is a little on the dark side. I purchased two bottles of different liquid foundation on the advice of the sales person. After trying them on at home they were very light and cannot be worn alone. Have to put a bronzer over. Buyer beware as there are no exchanges or refunds so do a full face coverage and then look in mirror, not just a little dab on.
