We didn’t have an appointment, as our plan was to only check them out and see how it was. We ended up getting my husband and sons hair cut there as walk ins. Two of their barbers were available. My son had really long hair and he wanted to cut it off for his birthday, and cost $25. My husband had to cut off his hair and trim his beard. I ended up paying $47 total for them both, plus tips for their barber. My husband was okay with his haircut and was a little disappointed with his beard trim, seems like the guy didn’t know what he was asking for. My son was happy about his haircut. Anyways, there are lots of chairs to sit on and tv with ESPN, air con on full blast, you won’t be bored or hot just sitting there. Appointment might be best but this was our first time and we were walk ins. We were lucky. Parking in front of the shop, just don’t park on the sidewalk. You will get a ticket and towed. I’m not sure if they have a bathroom, maybr or maybe not. About 10 barbers work there (i think there’s 10) just counting the chairs I’ve seen. Mostly men and I’ve only seen one female. Anyways, we will pribably give these guys a chance again but to a different barber. Support local!

Great experience getting my hair cut. Really cool barbers that work there. Good music, I am in my sixties but I like the beat of the music that was playing. If you are young I really think you’ll like it there. Only thing the parking was not that great, but you can find on street parking. Still think it’s worth it to get your hair cut there.

Critical: ProfessionalismCalled at 945am to make an appointment for my nephew. They said 3oclock was the next opening, got here before then, waited about a half hour and no one had the courtesy to let me know that it was gonna be a longer wait time. Also music was way too loud, neither of us; worker and myself could hear each other. Heard good things about this place, pretty sad that we didn’t get the same service as who recommended us. I’ve been going to Trinh since 1993 (ok, I’m dating myself). Awesome lady and phenomenal service. All of the barbers are skilled and friendly. And I love the music vibes. If there were a better barber shop on island, I’m sure I would have found it by now.

Don’t feel intimidated in at the place because it can feel fast paced and up Tempo. But the barbers here are really cool and the vibes a family like. Trinh has a really talented team there and it shows with the amount of returning customers such as myself. I highly recommend Alii, “Braddah” Noah with his headlamp, or KD in the corner. These guys are the elite.

I took a gamble and called to see if anyone at the shop could do designs. I ended up seeing joe and he did a amazing job! I was his first female client and not disappointed! I have had a undercut for two years and tried many different artists from three different states and can honestly say that Joe nailed it with my design undercut! Straight line and beautiful!! So there is no sign in sheet. They don’t clean there clippers in between customers!! I have left this place a few times with ringworm because of neglegaince of the barbers. The female decided to make her own hair line for me by pushing my hair back. Overall a couple of them have skills but they are not clean. And sometimes you will get skipped over because of a busy day and confusion with the bulk of customers that show up and ask the Baber how many you got? And naturally he is going to forget time to time.
