Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTrihn was all ambitious set me up for an appt at 7am, and when I arrived, no one was there. I ended up calling her and she said she slept in. She double booked, and was stressing out the whole time. She was also complaining about me to the other costumer that I “woke her up.”She didn’t paint the sides of my nails and didn’t cap my nails, and filed my skin till it was bleeding. We are visiting Sun Valley for a wedding after the 4th of July, an incredibly busy time. My daughter and I were set on acrylics for the wedding but everyone in Ketchum and Hailey were booked. Luckily Trinh had a cancellation and she got us both in, in an hour, same day. She even stayed after hours for us and another appointment. She did an amazing job doing an ombre for me and dip for my daughter. Her prices were very reasonable, we paid $55 each. The shop is small, 3 large pedicure stations and 3 manicure stations. She did a great job, was very nice and we will absolutely recommend Trinh to anyone looking.

My wife has been going to Trinhs to get her nails done for years and is always a good experience. I was surprised to find out that Trinhs dad also does accupressure. He is very good at what he does and helped me get my lower back pain under control recently. I highly recommend this place and ALL it’s services!
