Trina is a very nice woman. She made sure I was comfortable and let me use her massage chairs, offered me a beverage, and pick a movie when I arrived to my appointment early. However, I was not impressed with my nails. She didn’t tell me the prices beforehand, and suggested I do gel extensions instead of acrylic dip. It was nice of her to warn me the uncleanliness of the dip powder, but she didn’t tell me that gel extensions are usually used on people who want longer nails, so looking at it now, it felt like I was coaxed into spending more money. I will admit that is my fault, but I am not very experienced with manicures so that information would’ve been nice to know beforehand. During my manicure, I asked if she could style my nails a certain way and she happily agreed, but didn’t let me know that it was going to be $20 extra on top of the gel extensions for nail art. On top of that, she didn’t really follow the design I wanted and did more of what she liked. Now, it has been eight days since I got my nails done, and they are already chipping, which is very upsetting since I spent $95 for this service. If you are going to go to this location, I suggest asking for prices beforehand and sticking to just one color for your nails. Below is a picture of my nails now for reference.

I wanted to treat myself after always having to wear heavy boots for work, and this was the perfect choice. Trina is absolutely wonderful. She introduced me to a new product almost like acrylic, but healthier and will NOT break your nails. ANYTIME I have ever had a nail break and I text/call she immediately fits me somewhere into her schedule and has not once charged me to fix any nail I have broken. This is the most horrible place to go to! This women is a scam ARTIST! There is no pricing around the whole nail shop. She charges me 120.00 for a french manicure with a little bow on the tips! She says it a art and makes prices up in her head! I would never recommend anyone to go to this place. Trina also is very rude and speaks unprofessional cussing and such
