Kristin Willden is phenomenal at her craft! I have thick wavy hair and from my first appointment she had made magic everytime. From color correction to a simple trim, she’s your lady!!

I had hair extensions put in by Kristin Willden. I followed her instructions to care for them. She was really really hard to get ahold of if I ever had questions about them. One fell out, she replaced it. Another fell out, I messaged her asking to get it fixed, she read my message but did not respond. 5 days later she gets back to me claiming she told me she was going on vacation, and that she gave me tape to fix them if I had any issues. She did not give me tape, she did not say she’d be out of town. She was rigid and harsh toward me. She also did not tell me she charges extra to fix extensions that fall out. I’ve never had extensions, I didn’t know what to expect or what fees I’d have to pay. I asked if I could stop in to talk to her about fixing my extensions and show her the issues I was having, she says she charges a consultation fee if I want to discuss my hair further. She did not tell me any of that beforehand. I would not have gone to her had I known it would’ve been so difficult to get her to answer my messages and get good customer service without hidden charges.

Alicia is the best! She’ll do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy with your hair. Plus she explains things in a way you can understand to help you to make the right decisions if you’re not entirely sure what you want or how the whole process works.

Candy is the BOMB hair cuttist! She transformed my COVID cut from worst to post-COVID first! I can now walk around town without having to wear a hat!

Says walk ins are welcome, that’s a crock of crap! I walked in and stood at the counter. All of the stylists stared at me and one finally yelled what did I want. I stated that I want a perm and the stylist yelled does anyone have time for a perm? Apparently no one could. Another stylist walked over and told me they didn’t have time for me today and asked if I would like to make an appointment. I declined and left. If you don’t have ‘time’ for walk-ins, take the sign off of your door!

Took my 3yr old son to get haircut .The woman who Cut his hair didn’t know how to line him up and didn’t know how to do comb-over but I was told she could cut kids hair . The haircut was bad I left before she was done and could mess it up anymore. She still made me pay for the haircut not good Business .

Called to ask to get a nail appointment in advance. They told me to call the day of when I want to get my nails done and hope that the manicurist is there and have an opening because they make their own appointments. Which I can understand, but they need to start asking for phone numbers and contact the manicurist and have them call the paying customers back immediately to set up appointments or have set hours when they are there so you can do their appointments. Or I suggest you don’t have manicures at your establishment anymore if you are going to make it extremely difficult to nearly impossible to get an appointment. I think they are unprofessional and disappointing.
