Critical: QualityMy Requests concerning a haircut and my reservations about not getting one very often because of a fear of getting it cut too short we’re ignored ! ( and self consciousness about ears!) The daughter was designated to cut my hair and I was told over the phone that she could do exactly what I wanted.
