My experience was not that great. The hair dresser(s) did not listen to what I wanted. I wanted a few natural looking highlights, and I needed a trim and reshaping with layers (I have naturally curly hair so layers is a must).The ladies did not want to touch my hair for highlights because of its color (which is an auburn red). I ended up with a lob and no layers at all, so now I have to do what I was trying to avoid and drive 2 hours to get it fixed. I do not recommend them unless you have straight hair.
