I went to this location to get a massage. The waiting area and changing room were very calming and classy with nice robes and sandals. Jordan did an amazing job with the massage. It honestly was my best experience out of many. The pressure was strong but necessary to get to the knots in my shoulders, upper back. I have been a loyal, satisfied client for over 25 years and always been beyond pleased with the services I have received. I am not sure what has occurred with this facility recently, but I am extremely disheartened. I was charged with services not rendered. I always have counted on and known that I would receive the best client service. I have up until this point. It is beyond disappointing to have had to endure this past week with the performance from this facility. Perhaps someone needs to reevaluate the personnel that is being employed.
