Wanted to make a change and lighten my hair as much as possible. I booked a Folyage with Drea. She is the absolute best and I am so glad I found her! She took the time to ask questions about how I normally wear my hair and how I style it so she could apply color in the most flattering places. I’ve gotten so many compliments. She was able to lighten my hair way more than I thought possible and my hair has no damage and looks so healthy! Cant wait to see what she does next with my hair.

I have been coming to this Mario’s just for Yvette and rose they are both so great at what they do and are very experienced and knowledgeable. Yvette has been such a great massage therapist i leave there feeling great she is very great at her job and does exactly what parts i ask her to focus on! I made hair style appointment for my wife (several days ahead) and paid $100 up front, as required. We were trying to call the business for hours the day of her visit but noone would answer. She was going to add makeup for the same visit, but it was not possible to contact them. After getting there for styling she was advised that makeup technician was gone for the day, unfortunately. The styling was just ok and did not look for sure as requested. Large business with multiple locations and many employees, but customer service requires some attention.

The first time my hair styslist was late 45 min. She did my hair very quickly because she had another client waiting after me. The second time 20 minutes before the appointment I received a call and they asked me to come in an hour. On the second second visit, the specialist replaced one procedure with another without notifying me. In my opinion this is unprofessional. By paying this money, I must have the predestined time for my procedures and the necessary quality and requested procedures!

I been coming here for years my only complain is the price is very high and when booking sometimes you don’t know what to pick so … everyone does a great job but I hate when you get hair color you either pay for a blowout or haircut or you are on you own after you hair is colored. They literally just wash it and leave it wet for you to take care of it after paying all you pay, I expect someone to dry my hair ?!

I don’t know how their spa services are, but their haircuts are not worth the price. The stylist was trying to get me out the door from the moment I sat down. She was also distracted, looking around and talking to other people the whole time. She did not listen to what I asked for and did what she wanted. She barely cut it at all, my hair looked the same as I did going in.

I began going to this salon about two months ago after the passing of my regular barber. As an Afro-American man in my 70’s, it’s always hard finding a good barber who’s capable of cutting our hair. After trying to find a good barber in my area, my wife recommended Tricocci, I was kind of reluctant, but after being convinced by her, I trhough I would at least try it. Her specislist was Rashida, so I decided to try her as well. Was I surprised!! After my first visit and subsequent visit, I cannot express my total and complete (a redundancy I Know) satisfaction. Her skill in the area of cutting my hair has truly impress me, so much so that I have set a scheduled all the way thru March. I highly recommend her to any person who’s looking for an outstanding cut, especially if African-American.
