Molly my consultant was amazing. However when I left the day of there was still hair on all the body parts I paid a lot of money to have removed. When I called a week later (today) to rectify it- the gal on the phone was kind but the policies of this company are less than sub par and abuse people financially as $200 for an incomplete service is not okay. I do not recommend going here. I hope both Molly and the gal I talked to on the phone find a job at a company with higher morals and standards.

Asked for a soft (very blended) balayage and was explained by the color technician that using foil is the way to go for a better lift on dark hair (foilayge technique). I got full on highlights and they were super brassy, I asked for more of an ashy look. I’m not a blonde looking girl naturally I have brunette hair and the color service itself was $190 and they didn’t even blow dry my hair so I could see the color of it. I have hardly shoulder length hair, so I can’t imagine the cost for longer hair. They recommended I use the self styling station to blow dry my own hair or I can make a separate appointment with a stylist for an additional charge. $190 for over the top brassy highlights and to leave the salon with wet hair, I will not be going back to any one of these locations. Picture is after I blow dryed and styled myself at home.

Called very short notice on a Friday looking for someone to give me double dutch braids, surprisingly I found someone that could do them and when I needed early Saturday morning..First time client of Harper’s and she couldn’t of been more professional, pleasant and sweet!! Walked away very happy and how they came out, I’ll definitely rebook with Harper!! Also the young ladies in the front were very sweet and professional also, thank you MT Team!!

The hair cut was so terrible I went to hair cuttery to have it fixed!! The front desk didn’t bother comping any of the service. I showed a picture of my hair when it was cut to the stylist she completely messed it up. In the picture I had curtain bangs and the stylist cut them straight across and ABOVE my eyebrows HOWEVER they weren’t even. They were crooked and dead center there was a 1/2 inch that was longer than all of it. I had an event the same week. She said she could do a curly girl cut. That was a lie. I left with no layers in my hair at all. After this is, I spoke to several ladies and they all said they’ve never gotten a good haircut from here. Lesson learned.

I have never felt so ripped off in my life! I went to Tricocci for highlights with Gina (I have seen her several times). After a consult, we decided I would simply have her tone 3 inches of hair near my forehead – three inches! I had also received an email with a free offer for a hair repair mask. She toned the THREE INCHES and when I checked out I was told my total was $70!!!! I told the lady at the desk that I simply had 3 inches of hair toned and I had a free promo for the mask. She ASKED me for the code for the free mask and as I was pulling up the mail she deducted $20 for the mask. I asked her “do you want the code?” She responded, “no, I just wanted to see if you had the email.” Are you kidding me??? She was implying that I lied about a hair mask! Then she went back to speak to Gina about the 3 inches of toning for $50 who apparently dug her heels in on the price so that lady comes back and says “sorry, but that is the price for a “hair refresh” treatment.” I told her that it was THREE INCHES OF HAIR and asked what would the entire head cost for a “hair refresh” to which she responded, ” I don’t know.” What? Are you kidding me? So I asked for the manager and she advised me SHE was the manager. This young lady was clearly inexperienced in customer service and continued to push back. I told her she would be losing a client and she then reduced the price to $30. I will never return to Triccoci. I have paid as much as $220 for color and cut with tip. I have never felt so ripped off in my life and left with a feeling of a company trying to squeeze every penny out of me. I’m done! Shame on you, Gina. Shame on you manager and shame on you Triccoci!

I’d give it no stars if I could, called to say I was going to be 10 min late for 2 manicure appointments, was assured it was fine and they’d let someone know, only to get there and get turned away. Now I know why I use small-private owned salons!! Only went to Tricoci because I received a gift card!!!

Went to have my hair highlighted by Caroline. My daughter was having her hair shampooed and heard Caroline talking to another stylist about me. My daughter said she was being rude and saying she had no idea what to do with my hair. I have blonde hair and wanted highlights and lowlights. My daughter texted me this while I was waiting for Caroline. I got up and went and spoke to her manager and left without having my hair done. I will never have my hair done by her again and she previously did my hair. I would never recommend such a rude person to anyone!

Went in for highlights. You are expected to blow-dry your own hair. The colorist I had was so arrogant that she didn’t even check her work after. The last person I saw was the shampoo girl. Ridiculously overpriced for the level of quality.
