I had come in to get my hair cut and had the BEST experience ever with Tanner! He was so fun to talk to and he even styled my hair so nicely after. It turned out exactly like, if not, better than the picture I showed him! I have never been one to leave reviews, but this was much needed! I will be sticking to him every time I need a haircut from now on!!

I initially had Bella do my hair. She was nice but there was a miscommunication and I basically paid $90 for no change in my hair color. Erin did my redo and honestly she gave me something better than I had wanted (which is surprising since I’m so picky) she was so considerate and did it for free since it was a redo but treated me As if I was a regular paying customer. Would recommend her.

Terrible service. I asked for chocolate brown hair. She asked how dark did I want to go. I said a color that compliments my skin tone. She literally smirked and asked if I had and pictures. She Quickly colored the roots and leaves, never to check on me. Then I get washed out by someone else for like 45 mins. Meanwhile never being told the process. The wash is over, me thinking to go back to my original seat where my stuff is sitting. Was a different client. Terrible awful color also . Each time I go here it’s worse and worse. That’s the last time. There are smaller salons that appreciate their clients way better than this place ever could.

I never had a hairstylist like Michelle before! From the moment I walk in she’s very comforting, and never chops off more than what I ask for!! I can’t recommend her blow drys and cut enough! She’s the only reason I come to Mario Tricoci, otherwise I wouldn’t come, due to negative past experiences.

I don’t think the prices reflect the level of quality. I got my nails done and unlike another customer I wasn’t offered a drink or anything. I wasn’t asked to wash my hands and the tech didn’t remove the dry skin around my nails. She just pushed back my cuticle and applied the gel nails. Aside from small bubbling/raised area on one finger, the actual polish came out pretty good. Still not sure what was $80 worth.

I had great experience with Bloomingdale branch. I am from England and in England we have high standards of fashion and Hair do. I was having a lot trouble maintaining my Hair in Chicago due to extreme weather conditions and water but Tricoci met all my need and requirements and result was fabulous. Thank you both , hairstylist and hair color expert. They know what they are doing .
