We moved to the Northern suburbs 3 years ago and I tried a few places and then I found Samantha and Adrienne at the Tricoci. Samantha is a great hair stylist ; I got an updo done for the very first time for my daughters engagement party and she did a fabulous job. I received a lot of compliments ! Adrienne always gets my hair color nicely done. Have had a great experience at every visit.

The pedicure is a little pricey comparably but my beautician Sawanya was amazing! She was super friendly, detailed, and amazing foot massage! Well I made an online appointment to get my hair colored professionally. The color technician was fine until after the washing process I was handed a blow dryer and told I need to blow dry my hair myself. I was actually offended, I’m paying $270 dollars to get my hair done… which you can’t even see the true color with wet hair and told the dry it myself…This to me is a joke and so unprofessional especially for a name like Mario tricoci. I understand if I needed to pay extra to get my hair styled which I asked for after I was handed the dryer but there was no available tech to do that. On top of that I paid $25 extra dollars for my hair to feel soft and not dry and it feels SUPER dry. AND my forehead is brown, and won’t come off. I’m so unhappy with my service that I will continue to share this story to friends and family and hope my review will also help others to not make the same mistake I did, the Tricoci name is going to get a bad reputation if they don’t make some changes.

I had an amazing experience here for my first time. I got a no chip manicure from Sawaya (sp?). She was so amazing – clean, fast, detail-oriented and so friendly and sweet. I have had a hard time with no chip in the past and I’m happy to say 2 week later, it still looks amazing. Highly recommend her and Tricoci in Deerfield – I’ll be back for a pedicure!

I went to Tricoci in Deerfield and met Mercedes for my haircut. She was very welcoming of my vision for my hair. She took the time to explain the approach she would take. And it turned out wonderful. We had a great conversation about life in general. She also suggested a few hair products, but did not push to buy immediately. That is so refreshing. The measure of a good haircut is after you wash your hair at home and let them air dry. I must say, my haircut is how I wanted it and it brings the best out of my natural curls. Thank you, Mercedes 🙂

It costed us $240, but the result was less than $0.02. They ruined her highlights, her hair became all fuzzy, no shine neither they were gentle to her hair.NOW BEWARE – a hair colorist (here) doesn’t dry your hair. One has to dry hair oneself. (they might even ask you to bring your own hair dryer next time for all you know)… What kind of salon does this? My wife had to dry her hair herself after shampoo. Additionally, when she asked for a hair-iron to straighten her hair, she was told that is the work of a stylist, and they can’t help.
