Courtney was good at highlights, Diamond however was not good at styling, even after I showed her a picture of what I wanted, my hair looked nothing like the picture. She also trimmed my hair and the right side is clearly 3/4 to 1 inch longer than the left. I do not recommend her…UPDATE, the Manager called me and gave me $107.00 on Tricoci credit to be used for future services. Very decent of them to do that

Place is huge, warm, welcoming. I been to other Tricoci salons but at this location experience was not up the mark. Many hair strands are unequal.I expressed my concern about hair volume at the begging and Meganne gave me flat haircut and blow dry. My hairs are naturally straight and after blow dry it looked like regular air dried hair. No texture no volume. I would not recommend this location.

I received a great cut. I was hopeful that all the reviews I read about cost were people just being frugal. I’m happy to spend money on quality service in an upscale environment. Unfortunately, the facility was not what I would have expected for the price I paid.

I have been a customer at this salon for well over 10 years. I liked my hair stylist and makeup artist, and trusted them as the vendor to get me and my 6 bridesmaids ready for my wedding last month. The scheduling process was easy as corporate has someone specifically in charge of weddings. Our H&MU came out great, however, the checkout process was an abysmal nightmare. No one had any idea how to check out a wedding party with individual means of payment. Later, I discovered a charge of nearly $100 on my card they had on file (which I did not use that day). After several weeks of back and forth with the General Manager Brieanna and promises that a refund will be issued in 5-10 business days to no resolve, I finally had enough and reached out to my credit card company who successfully refunded my charge. I do not trust the management of this location, I will not be going back, and I do not recommend this headache to any future brides.

I went to get my makeup done on the day of prom and not only was the makeup lady – Elle – extremely rude to me, but she did not cater to any of my needs within the makeup look. Secondly, she began nearly 25 minutes late and was extremely rude and disregarding to me. As a woman of color I needed a proper color match which she did not cater to, once again. I would not recommend getting your makeup done by Elle.
