I came in wanting to go from blonde to red and Kaylin really went above and beyond. My hair looks identical to the photo I showed her and she put a lot of work into making sure it was exactly how I wanted it. The salon is very comfortable and clean. Even the other stylist were kind enough to welcome me. If you are looking for a new stylist I would 10/10 recommend Kaylin S. This past weekend i went in for a haircut and color with stylist Kaylin S. I came in wanting to go from blonde to red and Kaylin really went above and beyond. My hair looks identical to the photo I showed her and she put a lot of work into making sure it was exactly how I wanted it. The salon is very comfortable and clean. Even the other stylist were kind enough to welcome me. If you are looking for a new stylist I would 10/10 recommend Kaylin S. I love my hair so much and I will definitely be returning!

Tricho salon is my favorite place!! Everyone is always so welcoming it’s such a relaxing fun environment. I call Kaylin with all my hair need she always seems to amaze me with her ability to always give me the look I’m going for!! Dana her assistant is so sweet she gives the best head massages. They are the best duo. I would highly highly recommend to anyone.

I went there today to get a cut and color. My hair stylist who I followed from Royal Oak was cutting my hair when another stylist I believe her name is Diana came in and shoved my stylist stuff off his station. He politely asked her to not touch his stuff and moved his styling tools back to the spot which she then proceeded to move it again which he again requested that she not touch his stuff. She then stated you must have a personal problem and stormed off. The altercation escalated as Diana continued to antagonize my stylist to the point of screaming and yelling and expletives. My stylist walked away to re group and she ran to the front demanding that security is called to have him escorted away mind you while my hair is wet and mid cut. A mall cop showed up and demanding that my stylist leave and was accompanied by the manager Sarah. My stylist insisted that he is going to complete my service and not leave until he was done. I have never witnessed such unprofessional behavior in my life with the poor management and the stylist literally displaying workplace bullying. I was embarrassed to see this female stylist treating the only male stylist like this in a place of business. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

OMG what an amazing experience for my granddaughters first haircut!! I always use Kaylin for my hair and she is THE BOMB!! Always perfect, professional and so knowledgeable!!! Thank you for making Paisleys first haircut such a memorable one!!

I got a keratin treatment here and it was just ok. The person I had, Amy, was rough with my hair and it didn’t feel like a relaxing, luxurious experience. The keratin was only noticeable for 1 month even though they said this was not the express. I ended up pay $400. All in all just meh

Finally mustered the courage to colour my hair and oh man, am I happy!! Thanks Kim for the beautifullllll transformation! Absolutely loved it! Kim also gave me a lot of suggestions to retain the colour and how to protect my hair, since it was my first time. I picked up Pureology Shampoo+conditioner to protect my color and hair. Do visit the salon it’s very well mantained and definitely ask for Kim. This shade is a mix of brown and red.
