Took my daughter in to see Josh. For her homecoming dance. We brought a hairpiece and he put it in her hair and while she was getting her make up done it unraveled. We tried to call him several times to see if he could fix it, not only did he never called back but he never called back, ever. Paid him $95 for what was literally 10 minutes of his time of what came apart and needless to say she went to the homecoming with her hair down. And had a very sad teenager. He has never once returned one of my phone calls. Shame on him. He is the owner. Photos to come.

Josh, the owner, runs a great business and is one amazing hair stylist. I’ve had him do nearly every haircut for 17 years now. For my cuts (guy’s haircut), he uses only scissors, which gives a precise cut and look. Great conversations, a genuine interest in what’s gone on in my life since my last cut, and a great vibe at his place as with all his stylists. HIGHLY recommend.

Got my hair done by Jacque and it was a complete disaster I asked for a light brown reddish color and it came out literally black sooo upsetting…my hair was not this dark to begin with …she didn’t make me pay but that’s not even the point….it sucks that my hair legitimately was ruined, now to get it to a light shade is going to be hard…im just sooo upset and disappointed ..and the only reason I came here was because someone recommended her claiming she had 40 yrs of experience i highly doubt that after this experience I don’t believe that’s true she probably just started experimenting with color how do u mess up this badly.. i definitely don’t recommend her and will not be coming back to her ever !! While I was at the salon she said she would fix it and made an apt for nov17th she didn’t want to stay at the salon an extra hour to at least make her client happy…once I got home I get a text saying my appointment for 11/17 was cancelled who does that…u need to make sure ur client is satisfied don’t try to go home just because it’s already 630 So ubprofessional..her only option to fix my hair was was it with dish soap like are u kidding me ? Absolutely ridiculous..stay away from this place…i also texted the owner Josh he just shrugged it off and didn’t even bothers looking to see how he could fix the problem….u can’t run a business like that…definitely don’t recommend run away from this place and their crappy stylists
