Critical: ProfessionalismI was a regular customer at this barber shop for several years and most of that were good experiences. I recommended the shop to many other persons during that time frame. The very last time that I went, I took my teenage son with me to get both of us cut. Older Bill cut my hair and seemed to be a little agitated or possibly not feeling well. Little Bill cut my sons hair and it wasn’t the haircut that I wanted for my son. I spoke with Little Bill and asked him to make some changes and try a different cut which would have taken maybe another 10 min. I had every intention of paying double plus gratuity for my request. Little Bill understood and agreed to my request. It was then that older Bill appeared to get irritated and loudly ordered Little Bill to have me pay for a second haircut which I already intended to do. The shop was full of customers however my son hadn’t even un-strapped from the barber chair and I was not going to leave the shop until his hair looked the way I wanted it because I was paying for it. When older Bill yelled, the shop got quiet and I have never been treated that way by anyone. I don’t know what Older Bill’s issue was but even his son had a stunned look on his face when he yelled. I have not been back since and have found other establishments that can do the same type of haircut, for the same price, without issues. I was a regular customer at this barber shop for several years and most of that were good experiences. I recommended the shop to many other persons during that time frame.
