I’ve been going there for years, I take my children there now. it’s the cleanest, friendliest most thorough hair salon I’ve ever been to. The stylists are wonderful and the owner is extraordinary! I come from a family of hair stylists so needless to say, I’ve never gotten a bad cut. My experience here was horrendous and the only reason I’m giving it 2 stars instead of 0 is because of how friendly the staff is. I got my hair cut from Sherry (I think that was her name). She sat on the phone in the middle of blowdrying me and had a conversation as if I wasn’t there. If you’re younger than 40, I would not recommend getting your hair cut from her. What I asked for and what I got were two very different things. I came with about shoulder length hair and ended up with chin length hair except for the front pieces, which she cut into awkwardly long bangs (that I didn’t ask for) so it looks like I have a mullet. I ended up having to go across the street to try and fix it the best way they could. I still tipped her $10 and I didn’t want to hurt her feelings by telling her it was the worst cut I had ever gotten. By far the worst experience I’ve ever had and now I don’t like the way I look in the mirror, which is a pretty terrible feeling.
