Savannah is great! I have been to her several times and she is just so sweet, and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease. Last there, I asked the lady cashing me out (Rose, I believe) if they provided a skin consultation so I could see what treatments or procedures they’d recommend. She had time so she took me right then and there. She asked me what problem areas I felt I had, took a close look, discussed those things with me, and made a few recommendations. My favorite part and the thing that will have me going back is the fact she didn’t try to sell me this my skin didn’t need. When I asked about longer term maintenance after I completed the treatments she recommended, she suggested we wait and see. She didn’t try to plan out a whole new set of treatments I may not need. Wonderful experience so far!

I had an incredible facial with Nancy that was beyond any other facial I’ve had. Her expertise and attention to detail were amazing. The products she used and the explanation she gave was better than anything I’ve experienced. She is a very talented esthetician who clearly cares about her clientele. Her passion shows and Treuvis is luck to have her! The salon is beautiful and everything was first class. I will be scheduling with Nancy again soon.

On October 24, 2021 I attended a bridal expo and won “free” laser hair removal for my underarms. Only one session was free. At my first session, the owner, Rose, expressed to me that people typically need about 6-7 treatments. Due to this, I paid for 5 additional treatments over the course of 6-7 months. She also expressed that the owner (I was unaware that she was the owner at the time) gives complimentary treatments to clients if they’re find they still have hair growth. Once those 6 sessions passed, I noticed that I still had full hair growth. I spoke to my laser technician to see if there was anything she or the spa could do. She said she would speak to the owner and see if she could give me a free session. The owner was hesitant at first, but ended up giving me a free session. Once I had the additional session, I STILL had full hair growth. I let a few months go by and I still had full hair growth. Due to the disappointment, I sent an email to the spa through their website I received no response after one week, so I called and left them a message on Wednesday, August 10th. I received a call from Renee about an hour or so later, I expressed the issue to her and asked if they would be able to do additional complementary treatments. She said she would have to talk to the owner and get back to me. She also said she would call me back on Thursday morning and I never heard from her. I called the spa on the following Friday afternoon and was told that the owner wouldn’t provide any sort of solution. Rene told me I was forced to pay the additional $100 per session, and I would like need 9 sessions (even though the owner told me it takes about 6-7 sessions). She also said I already received two free treatments (even though I won one). I told her that I wasn’t interested in paying this more money for a treatment that isn’t going to work. I have dark hair with light skin that is best for laser hair removal as well, so I’m not sure I would need 9 treatments. No other places has ever told me I would need 9 treatments either. There goes my $500 down the drain!

I had micro blading done by May. She is amazing! My brows look amazing! I had very thin and choppy brows with thinning in the middle. She framed them perfectly to my face. The hair strokes are so realistic that no one would know 1/2 of my brows aren’t real hair. This will be such a game changer for me daily for the time spent drawing them on daily, just for them never to look the same each day. May is warm and kind and a true artist.

Also super amazing with my allergies as she did some research to make sure that the products wouldn’t cause a reaction! I really enjoy coming here for my laser treatments. I have laser done on my upper lip and underarm once a month, and after about 6 treatments is when I really started seeing results. Laser removal can be costly, but definitely worth every penny! It’s definitely a process to start seeing results, but sooooo worth it! I cannot say enough good things about Jamie, she’s great and super friendly! I have a very low pain tolerance, and Jamie does a great job making my laser experience as painless as possible! 🙂
