I have found my hair salon for life! I live in California and visit my parents at least twice a year and this is the place I will be coming to get a fabulous cut! Toni came in on her day off to cut my sister, my niece and myself. She has extensive hair knowledge and gave us wonderful advice. She is so friendly and made us feel so comfortable. She gave me the best haircut I have ever had. I love it! I will be back in 6 months!

Let me start by saying the two technicians I saw were amazing and accommodating, but the actual building is a mess. I have been to this establishment twice in the last two weeks. The first time I had a facial and the therapist warned me that “painting” would be occurring during my appointment. What I was not expecting was to be on the precipice of sleep and be jarred awake by knocking on the door, twice. The women’s bathroom was completely covered in plastic except for one stall that didn’t even have a lock and smelled of old urine. The therapist discounted the services and was very apologetic and referred me to a waxer in the same building. I came back and the floor was completely covered in slippery dust, paint sticks were all over the ground, along with dropcloths and it was 10 times louder than the first time I came. I don’t know why anyone would want to receive services in a noisy environment. From a safety standpoint if you have any issues with mobility I wouldn’t recommend walking through the halls or bathrooms. Do better!

It’s a mixture of different services. So it’s like a building with a collection of rooms. My hairstylist was named Toni. She was sweet, great to talk to. But she did an okay job on my hair.

I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with Erika Jane/Alvarez for two weeks and she’s constantly changing and canceling my appointment. The one time she’s approved my appointment I arrived and she wasn’t even there. I waited for 20 minutes and she never arrived. So unprofessional! Positive: Quality, ValueRose did an excellent job with my cut and style. I was starting from scratch–thick hair with no cut/styles since before the Covid shutdown, so she had a lot to contend with.
