Arrived at 8am left at 2pm the ladies were professional on time, the ambiance of the salon is wonderful its clean, vibrant and their music playlist was great too! This salon will be my new go to! I went to get Knotless braids and they did an excellent job. Arrived at 8am left at 2pm the ladies were professional on time, the ambiance of the salon is wonderful its clean, vibrant and their music playlist was great too! Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI am writing this on behalf of my mother. upon walking into this establishment, the vibe was very off. unfortunately my mother is very trusting, so she spoke with one of the hair stylists and booked an appointment for Passion Twists. she got her hair done, and within 24 hours they started to come undone. not at the ends, but at the base. the hair used underneath the curly red hair she got installed, was too straight so all you see are spike looking pieces in her hair sticking up. i have had this style before and i know the type of hair used underneath needs to be kinky, not BONE straight. she has went to get it fixed once, which you do not expect to need done after only 2 days of wearing a style. and it kept happening. now, the stylist won’t fix it for free anymore, even knowing this is her error as a stylist. she will not be returning!! 🙁 back to what we knowI am writing this on behalf of my mother. upon walking into this establishment, the vibe was very off. unfortunately my mother is very trusting, so she spoke with one of the hair stylists and booked an appointment for Passion Twists. she …More
