I have been coming to TressArt for 3 almost 4 years. I have referred friends and family. The service is always amazing and the shop is clean and peaceful. She has gentle hands and her daughters do an amazing job as well. She gives reasonable prices but keep the RISING PRICE OF LIVING in mind. I will continue to be a customer. Braids, Box Braids

Unfair and unreasonable pricing. I try not to tell folks what they should charge, but I was first quoted $280 for micro braids, the next few hours it went up to $400. Let me go back to the larger shops in Charlotte. Inflation at it’s worst. 2 weeks prior I paid $200 for cornrows and my hair looked nothing like the photo but I didn’t complain. I just wanted my hair neat. But to try to charge $400 for synthetic hair micro braids is sad. I called A shop in Charlotte and they said micros start at $170

I absolutely love this business, the moment I walked in I was greeted good morning by everyone there and immediately pointed to where I would be seated with my stylist who was there and ready to get started as soon as I entered the door. I received medium knotless braids waist length with custom color and it came out beautiful and perfect !!! To sum up Tress Art Hairbraiding in a few words: Clean, Friendly, Professional, Fast, Expert, No Waiting, No Price Gauging, Perfection !!!!!! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED my hair. I asked for some feed in braids with some red color. Once I arrived for my appt I changed up my hairstyle just a bit. I got a design and she ended up putting it in a bun for me. My hair turned out better than I imagined it. THANKS TressArt!!!
