We were waiting outside the store for rain to stop and these two salesmen tried to sell their super expensive body creams and we told them we aren’t in the market for body creams and during that interaction my wife left a small envelope which contained Hawaiian trinkets. I have been trying to retrieve them without any luck. Some lady from central office keeps telling all stores are independently owned. When i try to call number listed, it goes to answering machine and nobody returns call. Strange. Vary strange.also why do you even list a phone number if you never answer it. Scam artists.

I was shopping in Honalei Bay plaza and a very nice young woman stopped me and asked if I wanted a sample moisturiser. She then proceeded to bring me inside and gave me some lift serums for my eyes and deep wrinkles. I liked the product but she made claims that seemed unrealistic. i.e. use this for 8 moths and the results will last 5 years. Then her boss or the expert came in and was very pushy. Came right out and said are you going to buy or not? I said not today and he rudely got up and walked away. I told him I could not make an 8,000.00 decision on the spot even if it was spread out over 5 years. He said “intelligent people see good results and they go for it” I told him I planned on doing my research on the product before making that kind of decision.

My friend and I were lured in by Nicholas, a seemingly kind sales representative. Unbelievably aggressive sales tactics with several prices given. Our representatives made up a story that he was leaving for New York the next day in hopes that would pressure us to make the extravagant purchase. We declined and two days later after Nicholas stated he was leaving we see him having lunch. Very dishonest group of people. So glad we trusted our gut and didn’t make the purchase. The eye cream started to look like dried glue after an hour. Total waste and the dishonesty was the icing on the very expensive cake.

My 72 year old skin LOVES Tresor Rare products. I live in a very dry climate in the high desert where my skin can get very dry. My face is noticeably smoother and the fine lines around my eyes softer. My daughter, who is a professional esthetician, even noticed saying my skin looks great and asked me what I was using.
