I realized I’ve never given my favorite place a review. I am absolutely obsessed with this salon! I’ve been going here for well over a year every month and it never disappoints. Hannah is amazing and will always be my go to! Her artistic skills and talent are truly incredible. Everyone here is so kind to me and my mother when we come in, which I am always thankful for. My sister goes to another salon (because she lives in another town) and her nails never last as long as mine do. Highly recommend this business to anyone!

I would give zero stars but it’s not possible. Pedicure water was cold, pedicure was mediocre. And AFTER the pedi, they start to soak my dip. Forgetting about me until it all dried up with dip now under around my nails and all over my hands. I asked them to help and still nothing. After a half hour more, I left with nails undone. No wonder the place was empty and only 3 nail techs. SO EMBARRASING!

This is how she let me walk out after paying $100. She doesn’t know how to paint and didn’t even push back my cuticles. Keep in mind this it gel polish and will have to be soaked off. I’m never going there again. Pedicure

Summer is an awesome tech with impeccable skills. Hannah is rude . I asked if she would help the tech that was doing my pedicure, she denied ever doing my pedicure, and said l have other clients. I have been going here for over a year. She did the best pedicure I ever had there. On top of that the lady doing my feet today took two hours…I was late for my hair appt. The ceiling started to leak, I had to move chairs and no one said anything. I absolutely love the way summer does my nails, but I will not return.

UPDATE: After a kind offer by the owner to come in and redo my nails, I decided to give this salon a second chance. Since I do not live in Mansfield, it took me a week to find time to get there. Once I finally did, the owners wife gave me a lecture about why I waited so long! Do you see a pattern? Another attitude once again! After being treated like a child who did something wrong, I just turned around and left. Time, gas and nerves wasted. Never again!

This was my second visit here. The first time was ok. We went because they have the kid pedicure chairs. Even with appointments this second time around, we weren’t seated until 25 minutes after the scheduled time. They would not assist in picking colors from the pictures I showed. Hanna kept telling me to choose from the wall. Well, inevitably, that led to my 7 year old being unhappy about the color on her nails. She did not complain but I saw it on her face. When I asked the nail tech servicing her about fixing it she said “you want me to take it all off” as if I offended her in saying this wasn’t the right color. Even worse, this is the color I was told would be fine for what I showed.Then there were my own services. Ms. Kelly did an amazing job with my pedicure. However, Hanna and my full set were not as great. She kept pushing for gel polish (not even the least of my worries), did a horrible job of making the nails look even, and the thumb nails were bumpy. I went to another shop to have them fixed because I was just ready to leave. Never again.

I have really tried with this place when the brother that did hair there was there it was great (before covid) seems like since he left (he always greeted people and made you feel welcomed) it went down. I would always make an appointment yet wait over 30 minutes each time and I would see people of a certain race walk in after me and get IMMEDIATELY served. Plus if I tell you I have thin nails and my cuticles sensitive please carefully file. There are file tips that are all oval tip now too so won’t hurt cuticle. Plus someone with shaky hands should not be doing someone’s nails. Don’t think can go back anymore.

Went here on Mother’s Day with a friend. Pedicure was great, a little higher than I usually like to pay but it was a special occasion. Staff was very friendly and they offer wine! Great pedi experience!
