Specifically decided to try this place for the first time over mastercuts/great clips hoping for better quality.. was willing to pay the extra $. Well $50 later and I’m VERY disappointed in not only my haircut but the service I received. Had a lady named Renae showed a picture of what I wanted she glanced at it once and never asked about it or to see it again. What I’m more upset about is the ENTIRE time she was talking,laughing, asking questions to the stylist and client next to us not even speaking or paying attention to me, HER CLIENT. She kept stopping to talk while she literally had pieces of my hair held up in the air with scissors NOT EVEN LOOKING just talking to the people next to us. Resulted in a very uneven haircut that looked nothing like what I wanted. Had to touch it up myself at home. Never again!
