I had Nicole in the past and she was great. I recalled all the complements I had, so years later came back. This time I had Lacey, who also does my daughter’s cuts. She had my hair and eyebrows looking amazing with very little direction from me. I received so many complements that a few people said they are coming here next time. I’ve been coming to Tres Chic for years now and am very happy there. Love working with Kara and letting her loose to do whatever with my hair because I always leave feeling confident and happy with what she does. The rest of the staff is also really just lovely. My son goes there to get his hair colored by Lacy and he really enjoys the work she does on his hair, and he gets compliments everywhere we go afterwards. I cannot recommend Tres Chic enough!

My hair looked nothing like the picture, was charged for “balayage” when that is not even the technique that was used on my hair… turned out to be awful orange highlight strips, so I spent $150 on hair that needed redone. I was hoping they would make it right and redo my hair but eventually they just stopped answering. Balayage
