Went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I got builder gel on my nails, and I already had it on from another salon. Service was great, loved the lady who did my services. My issue was when I got my receipt I noticed I was charged for gel removal, which I have never been charged anywhere if I was getting a gel service again. I called and asked and then emailed the manager to see if this was normal and something I can expect each time. While I do not agree with the charge, I wouldn’t have been upset if I was told about the charge. Well the manager never responded to my email. So while I loved my service and who did it. I can not support a business whose manager doesn’t even take the time to respond to a customer.
