If I could give this place 10 stars I would. I arrived right when the salon opened and was immediately greeted with a smile and great service. I had the honor of meeting JoAnn and she was amazing. Very polite, educated, and equipped with the skills to provide superb services. Joann is amazing! The place was very clean and I appreciated all of the professionals following sanitation protocols. Thank you Tres Belle for the amazing salon experience and to my forever professional tech, thank you also for your services. I feel like a lady again.

Visited for the first time on 9/10/2022. I wanted to get pampered so I decided to get a pedicure. The worst experience. I waited, which I didn’t mind. They called my name I was brought back to the back, told to put my feet in water. Let me say this, my feet WERE IN WATER for 30mins no one came to do my toes. I was then told I was FORGOT ABOUT. The nail tech admitted I was forgotten about. The young lady I walked back with was halfway thru her toes, while mine was still in water. Literally about to walk out, then I was told to move from 1 chair to the next. The water was hot when we started, when I moved it was cold. Finally got my toes done, it’s horrible. I will include pictures. My 10 year old niece could do a better job. A complete mess. I would never go back. Not worth the money at all. The picture below is after my toes were done a second time. As you can see not worth it all. My toenails being short should’ve made it way more easier to polish. It’s a basic pedicure nothing more.

Mr. Andrew took really good care of my family and I. He did my nails and I loved them. Mrs. Nikki did my pedicure (VIP) and she did amazing. Mrs. Loan did my husband pedicure (VIP) and she did great as well. Mrs. Queen did my daughters nail and they were good as well, she loved them. Mrs. Mimi did my son pedicure and he really enjoyed as well. The service all together was amazing. From the moment we walked in to the time we left. Definitely will be going back. They all took really good care of us.

The best mani/pedi I have had in a very long time. She even stayed about an hour past closing to ensure my American manicure was exactly what I had asked for. I seen so many good reviews I wanted to try this place. I finally did on Saturday. I explained what I wanted the original picture was black and I wanted burgundy with red gems. They didn’t have red so I settled for clear. I also asked for matte finish 4 different times and still got glossy. I asked her to redo the tips to make the lines straight , she seemed to get frustrated because it wasn’t right and I kept asking to do things different to fix it. I finally gave up. These are the nails 2 days later.
