The top sheet was dirty, you could see the oil stains all over probably from previous customers. I raised the hygienic and sanitary concerns to Stephanie my masseuse, first red flag, she reluctantly changed the sheet.

W had an INCREDIBLE couples massage with Brandon and Raynette a few weeks ago. Both massage therapists addressed our individual concerns and provided a warm, comforting atmosphere. It was so hard to peel ourselves off the table after. We cannot wait to book more massages in the future with them.

My bridal party and I were so pampered at the Tres Aurae salon! Nails, hair, and makeup! Everything turned out amazing and their service is exceptional. The morning of my wedding they even had a table set up and all decorated for us to have breakfast/brunch set up on. I felt my prettiest the day of my wedding thanks to them. All the girls are so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were also super convenient because they are located within the Wyndham Garden Hotel which is where I stayed and my hotel block was set up. Would definitely recommend!

A friend bought a gift certificate for here so I decided to book myself an 80 minute massage. Booking was very easy and they were very accommodating when I called to let them know I needed to either move my service up 15 minutes or shorten the service because I had a commitment afterwards. The woman (i forget her name unfortunately) who checked me in and cashed me out was so warm and friendly. She felt bad because she knew I was in a time crunch and my masseuse, Brandon, was running about 15 minutes behind schedule. She was kind enough to comp my extra time since she knew I was worried about it. The service here was just fantastic and I really appreciate that. My massage by Brandon was SO relaxing – one of the best I have had in a while. I did say on my intake sheet that I wanted my hands & feet focused on as well as my neck and shoulders and I was disappointed that I didn’t get any hand massage and only got a foot massage with hot towels, but otherwise the rest of the massage was amazing. I would definitely get another massage from Brandon. He worked the tension out of my neck and shoulders and gave me some recommendations to help avoid some of the tension. The spa itself was relaxing and inviting. I wish I had had time to enjoy the hotel jacuzzi afterwards though (next time for sure!).
