Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueAll I can say is… WOW!!! I feel like a super model every time I leave. Jessica is an amazing stylist; she is highly educated, talented, and makes your average salon visit very entertaining. I love all of the staff here and I’m always impressed by the way my hair looks when I leave.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityTrendz has great reviews and gorgeous pictures of the salon on Google. Well, come to find out, they moved. I had to call them to figure out where the store was because Apple Maps took me to the old location. It was nothing like the pictures, I would’ve never gone to a salon like that, but I figured COVID times and maybe they had to downsize. They were outside smoking cigs, again— we all have our “thing”, no big deal. Well I could hardly breathe through the smoke during my appointment. My hair was washed with ice cold water. I asked for face framing and a dramatic V in the back. She parted my hair far from my natural part. She then straight cut practically bangs when I asked for it to start well below the chin and slope gently down to the V. There are various lengths, the right side of my face has chin-length hair, the left side has a little bit of proper face framing. The back was cut completely straight across (exactly what I said I did NOT want), and that was uneven as well. I told her up to two inches off the length, she took more than that. I had to pay $$$ for a second hairdresser to fix everything and have lost significant length that I did not want to lose. I look horrendous. I will never go back here, and neither should you. I was so upset that I couldn’t even muster up the courage to say something.
