The thing that really bothered me was that there was another employee there doing nothing basically just sitting around doing nothing. when Brandi was trying to do everything on her own with no help at all by the other employee. She had to stop numerous times to answer the phone assist other walk in clients. I just think it would been a lot more better if she had more help from her coworker. Tiffany (the owner) was a lovely and caring stylist/person to deal with!! She got me in for an appointment very last minute and returned my phone call quickly. She did an excellent job with my hair color and cut, looked at the picture examples I had pulled up of what I had in mind and really put exceptional care into the entire session. I love this salon! I will never go anywhere else now that I’ve found Tiffany. She is a fabulous stylist and a very caring person as well. And as my 4 year old grandson says, “She’s really pretty!” He loves to come here to get his hair cut as well.

A previous owner was running the salon when the negative review was posted. Since Tiffany took over the salon runs smoothly, and their service is excellent. My wife always loved the look that Tiffany gave her (and my wife is an ex-hair stylist) and raved about her color ideas. Book an appointment…you won’t regret it!

My 10 year old son hated getting haircuts until we came to Trendz. Their staff is extremely professional and Jenny (one of the stylists) spoke football with my son and was able to cut his hair with no problem. It’s a great place and I’m very happy they have Jenny.

My God I LOVED this place and I can’t wait until I can go back. I work with Tiffany K for my eyebrows and Ms. Betty for my pedicure. The service was phenomenal. My eyebrows look amazing and my pedi was outstanding! Pleaae do yourself a favor and give them a visit. They also do hair, but they dont have anyone that specializes in natural haircare. But that is okay, I will not be going anywhere else for my brows and pedicures. If you read this, THANK YOU FOR AN AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I give a 3 because they were very nice and friendly. Very complimentary and catering. However, 28 dollars for just a trim, I’m talking maybe an inch off, no blowdry or shampoo or even hairspray. Thats ridiculous. Very nice though if you want to pay for nice.
