Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityThis was the worst hair experience I’ve ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE!!! I have a pixie cut. I decided to go to this salon based on a previous pixie cut review. The salon was filthy. While washing my hair I looked up in the ceiling and there were cockroaches in the ceiling!! At this point I was disgusted!! The hairstylist (Twyla) put GREASE in my hair!!! GREASE!!! She cut all of my side burns off (which took me forever to grow), and she cut both sides of my hair wrong!!! To add insult to injury she gave me these tiny EASTER CURLS!! Charged me 65.00!! It was HORRIBLE!!! I sent pics to my family/previous stylist out of town and they couldn’t believe it!! My stylist at home had to walk me through washing my hair to get the grease out, molding my hair properly, I had to go out and by a hooded dryer, once my hair was dry my stylist back home walked me through curling my hair via FACETIME!! This was the worst hair experience I’ve ever had in my ENTIRE LIFE!!! I have a pixie cut. I decided to go to this salon based on a previous pixie cut review. The salon was filthy. Twila and her hairdresser are very knowledgeable about all kinds of hair. Braiding ,weaving ,Coloring, cutting,natural, ECT. They make you feel like you at home!! The barbershop people are very great too does many kinds of people everyday too!! Far as pricing it’s very great !!$$-$$$ I have been going there for 5 -6 years I love it and the people there great for kids too !!!

Couldn’t speak for any female stylists, but definitely look for a different barber somewhere else if you’re looking here. I haven’t been this upset and embarrassed about a haircut ever in my life. Couldn’t finish a lineup, nor couldn’t even cut hair in the style I asked. I literally look foolish with how they cut my hair, but at least I can wear a hat til I find a better barber. Or at least a barber who can cut African American hair.

This place gets a 1 star rating. I message to set up appt to get my son’s hair done. Never heard back then I called and spoke with the lady . She was busy and would call back , but never did. That’s not how you run a business.
