Book appointment online it said $45 and i needed to add conditioner and when my client got done Ms Joyce charge her $75 i was expecting it to be a little more for the conditioner but not that much. I asked her about it she wouldn’t even look at me and gave a break down of the services but those were the services online so it didn’t make since to me. So rather than make a big fuss We just paid and moved on. So before you sit down regardless if you booked online make sure you get a price. My client is on a fixed income so this was not completely in the budget. But never again maybe she was upset because i asked her to make the hair more stiff because her styles don’t last long.

Walked in the salon, stood there for about 3 minutes and it’s a very small salon so it’s not like they didn’t see me. No one acknowledged me .It was like I was invisible. Finally a stylish ask me if I had a appointment? I could she help me? I then told her that I just moved here from Atlanta and I was looking for a new salon. So she wasn’t to welcoming gave me a card didn’t even ask me if I wanted to make a appointment now or when I wanted to come in for service. So , I know I wasn’t going to give these people my money or Time.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualitySo I made an appointment my stylist was Joyce, not only was she late my hair didn’t get started until after 9:30 my appt was at 9! I didn’t complain I sent her pictures the night before of the style I wanted and asked her multiply times if she could do the style, she told me yes no worries. She finished my hair I told her I didn’t like it and I wanted it fixed. I paid 140$ for a professional hair style not to look a mess. Joyce has yet tried to fix the situation or respond to me. What I asked for vs What I got!!!!!!! UPDATE!!! Was looking for a great braider and I came across Trendz Hair Salon. Made an appointment online and within seconds, Gabrielle, the stylist called to confirm. She did my braids exactly like I wanted them. Not only did she start on time but also finished on time. Great worker, great salon, great music and a great experience all around.
