Edit- In response to Sunny’s rely: You are welcome for the support. I feel like your response is very condescending and unprofessional. You didn’t say happy Black History Month when I came into your place of business so why post it here? Yes, you are the “professional” but the paint job was not professionally done. I never asked you to paint my cuticle. My nail is still visible which the pictures show. And I did not say the nails were okay. Instead, I declined for you to repaint my nails because of the reason stated in my original review which is below. Nonetheless, I wish you all the very best and much success.

Sunny is amazing. Very professional and I’m always serviced at my appointment time. She is also great with free styling if you’re indecisive like myself. Highly recommend. So I did a drive by and Bailey took very good care of me and I truly appreciate it the fact that she took me as a walk-in since another salon in the area that I have been going to all the sudden act like they couldn’t understand English when I had an appointment with them and then I get there and nobody knows what I’m talking about then they tell me to come back the next day. I wrote my name down and they still didn’t call me for an appointment so I don’t know if they think they’re two important for certain people and not others but I don’t mind taking my business elsewhere. #mymoneymatters

Okay so the atmosphere in here is great! I was comfortable and every one was so sweet. But it’s been less than a week and I’ve had to go back because 2 of my nails popped of like press ons and not like $90 nails THREE DAYS after I got them done. And granted Sunny was sweet enough to fix those for me with no charge, later that evening another nail with no lifting popped off! At this point I want to take off the whole set.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis is my 2nd set by Sunni. I was very pleased by my first set which lasted 4 weeks. I know, now, I should have got a fill after 2 weeks, but life happens, and I did not have time. When I went for a new set she gave me a fill and did not recommend or do a new set knowing the acrylic would be weak. I paid $50 and a day later and 1 was already lifting, in less than a week I have lost 2 nails and all of them lifting. I tried to message her just to give her feedback and she basically told me to go get them soaked off by someone else. She didn’t even offer to soak them for me.
