Quick and great service. Went in for a fill and pedicure. Both services were quick and staff was friendly. My nails had crisp edges and were evenly uniform. They have a-lot of young nail techs at this location, and I am eager to try them with a more complex design request. Today was a basic holiday work nail color to get me through December.

I came in with acrylic nails that I needed removed and then wanted to get a gel manicure. To remove the nails I already had on, my nail tech took a plastic nail tip and used it to pry the acrylic off my natural nail. That is SO unprofessional and causes so much damage!!! It physically hurt and took layers off my nail and they were left so thin and scratched up. You’re definitely supposed to soak the nail so it comes off smoother.

My partner booked a surprise Mani/Pedi for me here. It was okay. The nails look nice, but they aren’t what I asked for. I asked for was coffin shaped, dip with tips and a design. What I ended up getting was a square acrylic that if you squint enough the designs are close. This was my first manis since the pandemic. So I thought they maybe had changed how they do dip, but nope it’s acrylic. The base color isn’t even what I asked for. I was looking for a nude pink, but it’s more a translucent pink. The nails are nice for what they are. It just isn’t what I asked for. Severely overpriced, too.

When I first arrived, everything seemed fine, but when they did my acrylic nails, they didn’t have Apex. The woman who did my nails was also extremely rude, tugging on my hands when I tic (I have Tourette’s), and she made other employees aware of my ticking. She was also refusing to give me what I wanted, but not in the way you might think—she asked me to pick something, and when I chose from the options she gave me, She made her decision based only on what she observed, disregarding my preferences or the image. Then, after two days, half of my pedicure gel-painted toes and two of my acrylic nails also fell off. $90 for acrylics and $65 for a pedicure, which was money wasted because It didn’t even stay for more than two days.
