Haven’t gotten a gel mani in a LONG time. So my cuticles were a mess haha. I got there late and they were so nice and accommodating. My lady was so sweet and did such a good job on my mani pedi! She even used hot stones for a massage. She gave me 3 coats as well to make sure it came out good. Had to give her a a big tip she deserved it. Thank you!

When I first came here a few years ago, my pedicure was okay but I felt rushed so I didn’t go back. Yesterday I was in a bind and my regular place couldn’t take me so I went here. The salon is clean with friendly staff and great color choices. What I didn’t like was no price list or signage about paying more if using a credit card. What I hated was my tech cutting off one of my already small nails and then refusing to paint another nail becuase it was small. I still left a decent tip because I was okay with my eyebrow wax and at first look I was okay with the pedicure but when I got home and saw my nail was gone and that there was paintable surface on my other nail (I know because I painted it myself after the fact with a similar color) I knew I would never be back again.

Critical: QualityWent here for years and loved it. Recently went back and was extremely disappointed. Looked at my dip nails after she was done and there was nail polish all around the sides of each nail and the powder stained my finger tips. You can also see brush strokes on multiple fingers. Prices are through the roof ($45 for dip manicure)UPDATE: four nails have chipped (first one was 3 days later) also my sisters gel nails all chipped off.Service: ManicureWent here for years and loved it. Soaked my fingers in acetone to the point my nails turned to mush. Filed completely unevenly. Didn’t clean under nail and was a completely unsatisfactory and unsanitary experience. Came to salon because my usual had no appointments and will never come back. Crazy expensive for horrible work. Manicure

Critical: Quality, ValueI came to get a refill. I picked out a nail color a was told several times not to pick that color and that I need to pick a Gel color. The technician pushed me so much that I just picked the gel color. I was than charged $50 for a refill and was than told a full set was $65. Two of my nails came off about two days later. Not please with the service or price.I came to get a refill. I picked out a nail color a was told several times not to pick that color and that I need to pick a Gel color. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueFIRST and LAST time visiting this place. I went in as soon as the store opened, first customer of the day for a soak off removal of acrylic nails. The nail technician that I was placed with began prying my nails with scissors.. yes.. scissors. Before using the scissors, she removed the length of the nail with nail clippers, removing them completely incorrect and unsafe. She was using as much strength as possible, to the point my nails were flying off to the other side of the salon, she found this funny and began speaking in her language, I could tell she was talking rudely about me, as another nail technician came over too look at my nails.. As she was laughing and aggressively attempting to remove my nail, she ended up really injuring my real nail. My entire pinky nail split right in half due to her force. It was excruciating and she cut my real nail twice. She asked where I got my nails done as if my nails were a bad job.. after sharing with her that I got my nails done at one of the most reputable nail salons in town, she sat quiet. She then picked up the scissors as if that was going to be less painful and began prying my nails again, I stopped her when I realized how incorrect and wrong this was.. As I began to complain about the pain I was in, she repeated 6 times, that it was due to my nails being thin, and I answered that with “Its never happened before during acrylic nail removal” and it has NOT until I came to this place. I told her that I came in for a soak off not having my nails ripped off with scissorsher response was “We don’t do that here”. SO I stated again, I asked for a soak off when I came into this salon, and I am in pain with this way that you are incorrectly doing it. If I wasn’t not going to receive the proper removal technique I was going to walk out. she began speaking in her language and a bowl was brought over for soak off removal.. but just a moment ago stated “we don’t do that here”.Just totally rude, unprofessional, discriminative behavior. I will never step foot back into this place.FIRST and LAST time visiting this place. I went in as soon as the store opened, first customer of the day for a soak off removal of acrylic nails. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI’ve always given this place the benefit of the doubt. After today, I am no longer going here. I had a 4:30 appointment and didnt get seated till 5. The woman I had clearly did not care what she was doing, overcharged me for nails that at any other place would not be $65 (plus tip) would be $45 or so. My nails are NOT coffin shape and very very uneven. She also made me bleed and my nail beds are destroyed.Service: Acrylic nailsI’ve always given this place the benefit of the doubt. Critical: Cleanliness, QualityI will not be returning to Trendy Nails.. I had always a good experience here until this past Saturday.. They sat us 20-25 minutes after our appointment time. They completely lifted all the sanitary guidelines that they once had. No plastic liners in the tubs, CONTINUOUSLY reusing the same tools (was not using fresh tools from the packets). I watched them use a set of tools on someone’s feet and then bring it over to use on someone’s hands!!We were entirely rushed & then the rates got risen!Sad to see but they are being completely negligent..I will not be returning to Trendy Nails.. I’ve been here before and gotten amazing acrylics, and a very incredible pedicure but the last time i got acrylics, (9 days ago) 4 of my nails have easily popped off and the rest are loose. This is very annoying because acrylics should be sturdy and very hard to get off within the first week, and usually last about 3 weeks. I Look like an idiot with 6 fingernails and i have to go back to get new ones I really hope i don’t have the same lady because she did not glue them on very well
